Customer Satisfaction
At AngelesCityFlowerShop.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that all items delivered match the pictures displayed on our website. However, please note that the items shown represent the types of gifts we offer, and they may vary depending on availability.
Substitutions
In certain situations, substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your order. We will take utmost care to ensure your arrangement or gift is as close as possible to the item you requested. If a specific item is unavailable, we may substitute it with another of equal or greater value, and within the same theme and category.
- Flowers: If your requested flower color is unavailable, we may substitute it with an alternate color.
- Other Items: Gift baskets, vases, bears, chocolates, or other items may vary in size, color, shape, or brand, depending on availability.
Delivery Policies
We deliver to most locations across the Philippines. However, for provincial areas far from our courier office or outside our delivery coverage, recipients may be required to pick up their orders from a nearby courier office. Both the buyer and recipient will be notified if this is necessary.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping fees apply whether the item is delivered to the address or picked up at the courier office.
- Delivery Time: While we aim to deliver within the specified day, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. You may request morning, afternoon, or evening deliveries, but these are subject to courier availability.
Liability and Refunds
AngelesCityFlowerShop.com is not liable for any delayed or non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from any delay or failure to deliver.
- Product Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with an item, it may be replaced if returned in its original condition within 3 working days of receipt. However, refunds are not available.
- Multiple Merchants: Products listed on our website may come from different merchants. Orders containing items from different merchants may be delivered at different times on your specified date. If you prefer all items to be delivered together, please request this at the time of ordering.
Delivery Acceptance
Our courier team reserves the right to deliver the item to anyone at the delivery address if the recipient is unavailable. A delivery receipt must be signed upon receiving the item, whether by the recipient or another individual at the specified address.
Weather and Force Majeure
Delivery guarantees are suspended during extreme weather conditions (e.g., typhoons, heavy rains) or other unforeseen events. We recommend providing complete and accurate shipping addresses, as any inaccuracies may result in delivery delays or non-delivery. Refunds are not available for undeliverable items due to incorrect addresses.
Order Cancellations
AngelesCityFlowerShop.com reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a cancellation, any payments made will be refunded.
