At AngelesCityFlowerShop.com, your satisfaction is our priority. We give the utmost care and attention to every order, ensuring that your delivery meets or exceeds expectations. However, we understand that issues may arise, especially when dealing with perishable products like flowers. If anything goes wrong, we are committed to resolving your concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our customer service team is trained to listen to your concerns and provide immediate assistance.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If you wish to cancel your order 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund after deducting a service fee of either US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is larger.

  • Partial Refund: If you cancel your order 3 days before the delivery date, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount.

  • No Refund: If the order is canceled less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be issued.

Return & Replace Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item for a valid reason, we offer replacements. To qualify for a replacement, the recipient must return the item in its original condition within 3 working days of delivery. Refunds are not available for returned items, but we will gladly replace them.

We will replace the item if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery in the following cases:

  • Faulty Items: If the delivered product is defective or not as expected.
  • Damaged in Transit: If the item was damaged during the delivery process.

Please note that items cannot be exchanged for different products.
